Coola Surface Popper.  Designed to resemble the classic Hula popper plastic fly.  Body is made of flexible foam with open gill slits at rear of the head to allow air to escape and create a bubble trail, giving the fly a hybrid pop/gurgle action.  Tail material is synthetic hair.
